Background
Dr. Hemdan Shalaby has spent over twenty years on rotating machinery and vibration analysis. Most of that work has been IoT instrumentation and ML-based fault detection for clients in pharma, automotive, and energy.
He founded PredictiCare after seeing the same pattern repeat across the sector. A mid-sized manufacturer would do the maths on enterprise condition monitoring, see a clear payback, and still walk away because the six-figure entry price killed the business case. PredictiCare hits the same prediction quality at a price an SME can sign off on.
Three things drive the product. It connects to the equipment customers already own. Every prediction comes with the recommended action attached. And it's priced so the first prevented breakdown covers the year's subscription.
